As our SVP of People & Technology, you'll be the architect of this revolutionary approach, building and owning the entire HR tech stack that makes conventional management obsolete.

You're not just designing these systems - you're bringing them to life using cutting-edge AI and low-code tools. From prototype to implementation, you'll be hands-on, creating solutions that scale across global teams. Working directly with the CEO, you'll transform how we handle talent operations, making every process smarter, faster, and more effective.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and implement next-generation HR systems powered by AI
  • Create and deploy innovative workflows using modern low-code and AI platforms
  • Design and maintain real-time performance analytics dashboards
  • Spearhead automated onboarding and coaching programs
  • Drive outcomes for talent operations across the entire employee lifecycle

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing traditional HR teams or coordinating with HR business partners
  • Getting bogged down by legacy systems or outdated processes
  • Spending time in endless alignment meetings
  • Depending on engineering teams for tool development
  • Creating static documentation that quickly becomes obsolete

SVP People & Technology Key Responsibilities

Pioneer and implement a fully automated, manager-free HR ecosystem that seamlessly supports global talent operations through intelligent systems and data-driven processes.

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in building operational systems using modern AI and low-code tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Retool)
  • Portfolio of successful automation projects you've personally developed and implemented
  • Expert-level data analytics capabilities with proven ability to transform complex people data into actionable automation logic
  • Proven track record of executing critical talent decisions independently
  • Thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments with high-stakes outcomes
  • U.S.-based position (Austin preferred) with monthly travel requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Professional background combining operations, engineering, analytics, or product management
  • Experience developing AI-first solutions in rapid-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of contemporary AI platforms and emerging development cultures

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
