The Supply Chain Project Manager at Donaldson is a key contributor within the Global Mobile Solutions Supply Chain Organization responsible for developing strategy and execution of supporting projects that optimize the end to end supply chain. This role will help the Global Ops Strategy team determine the best fit for the existing and future business opportunities to provide the best cost option, or service levels to our customers. The focus of this role will be balanced between data analysis, product transfers and special projects.

This role is ideal for those with solid cross-functional communication skills with strong data analysis skills. Ideal candidates for this role must be able to work out of our corporate headquarters in Bloomington, MN.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization and product transfers
  • Support strategic alignment between global, regional, and site Operational strategies as needed to support business growth trajectory, customer service expectations and optimize cost.
  • Create and manage process of resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Capacity Requirement Planning.
  • Conduct Point of Manufacture analysis and oversee execution of key decisions.
  • Develop product transfer and footprint strategies, including the coordination of projects with the different regions/factories.
  • Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain / manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APIC/CPIM certifications are preferred
  • PMP certification would be preferred
  • Experience in other Operations disciplines beyond Supply Chain Planning, i.e. Production, Logistics, Engineering, etc.

Annual Salary Range: $103,300 - $134,200.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
