What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Consult with stakeholders to identify business challenges related to employee and patient experiences and recommend program modifications
• Support the execution and evaluation of employee and patient experience programs globally
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify action planning opportunities based on experience survey results
• Review data from surveys and focus groups to identify potential program improvement opportunities
• Lead the development of program-related promotional materials and communication strategies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior; PhD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in program design and/or organizational consulting, focusing on employee or patient program experience
• Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to various audiences
• Proven ability to design and implement successful experience-related programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong attention to detail

• Experience supporting employee/patient surveys and analytics
• Successful track record of service delivery and change management support
