Overview
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of instant ticket data and related files. You’ll serve as a mentor and resource to other analysts, using your expertise to guide quality assurance processes and support team development.

Overview
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of instant ticket data and related files. You’ll serve as a mentor and resource to other analysts, using your expertise to guide quality assurance processes and support team development.
What You’ll Do
- Create, review, and audit lottery graphic layouts and printer fonts
- Use proprietary and commercial software to generate and verify game data
- Merge data with graphic layouts and fonts to produce accurate printer files
- Ensure all client game deliverables meet Brightstar’s quality standards
- Document processes and updates to procedures clearly and consistently
- Participate in collaborative discussions on ticket creation and design
- Provide leadership, support, and training to other DQA team members
- Oversee daily tasks and workflows to ensure team efficiency and accuracy
- Work independently with minimal supervision
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong math, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead and support a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
