As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager for our Tri-Cities locations.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager in the Tri-Cities, WA area. Will be responsible for all aspects of warehousing, distribution and logistics, and implementation of lean manufacturing processes in their areas of responsibility. This role will ensure the efficient and effective distribution of our products, maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and build collaboration and followership amongst the warehouse teams.
Work Location: On-site at our Pasco and Kennewick Location.

- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations in the Tri-Cities area; ensure warehouse teams optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Drive improvements in safety, involving all team members in the process to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality through effective problem solving and kaizen.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste, increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve overall warehouse performance.
- Utilize daily management to drive problem-solving, root cause identification, and implement effective countermeasures to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive logistics experience required, including multi-modal transportation, temperature-controlled supply chain management, carrier relations, and freight optimization.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
