Position Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the Enterprise Data and Machine Learning organization, functioning as a high-level recruiting strategist. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, full life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders and HRBPs, meeting team goals and metrics, and collaborating with fellow Sr. TAPs, TA Sourcers and Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruiting: Design, build, execute, and measure recruiting plans to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Use data to solve recruiting problems and provide insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage internal resources and your team to achieve operational excellence and 100% compliance within Workday, our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Process Improvement: Enhance processes and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders through proactive communication and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  • Flexibility: Recruit for various profiles (Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.) and adapt to different business areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, or Machine Learning hiring.
  • 2+ years of client/stakeholder facing experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 2+ years of experience with an enterprise ATS (preferably WorkDay).
  • 2+ years of consulting with multiple hiring managers and managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience, specializing in technology recruitment.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 10% of talent within their respective discipline.
  • Experience building custom reports in Excel.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate our stakeholder’s business to candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may substituate

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
