Job Summary

This individual contributor role bridges marketing and engineering, focusing on building, integrating, and optimizing the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a strategic understanding of digital marketing, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems that support marketing automation, customer data platforms, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between marketing, data, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Architect and optimize CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Salesforce CDP).
• Build data pipelines between CRM systems and analytics platforms.
• Design and maintain RESTful & GraphQL API integrations.
• Utilize serverless functions and middleware for automation (e.g., AWS Lambda, Zapier).
• Implement OAuth, webhooks, and real-time data syncs.
• Deploy and manage GTM setups with custom JavaScript and server-side tagging.
• Debug and optimize front-end tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel).
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing technology, operations, or growth roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Proven integration experience with tools like Braze, Segment.
• Strong background in event tracking, ETL, and API integrations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of experimentation design and statistical analysis.
• Background in SaaS or consumer-facing businesses focused on retention and LTV.
