Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Festival Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary world and a proven track record in managing large-scale events. As a Senior Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing our signature events, ensuring they are successful and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale food and beverage Festivals from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Oversee event staff, bar staff, and volunteers, providing clear direction and support.
  • Analyze event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills - a passion for detail and logistics is required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
