Phase 3 Digital, Victoria Television Group, is seeking a solution-oriented professional with a strong digital sales background to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Digital Sales Specialist is a field sales role responsible for direct, new business digital revenue retention and growth. The SRDSS will design and sell digital marketing solutions for businesses using the latest advertising products available.

- Retain, grow and develop new client relationships with businesses across the State that need or want digital marketing solutions to grow their business.
- Highly motivated with a passion for helping solve clients’ business challenges and identifying opportunities for their growth.
- Driven by results, excellence, opportunities to learn and opportunities to assist others.
- Effective listening, relationship building, customer service, communication, strategic and negotiation skills.
