Senior Account Manager - Seller Experience

Position type: Full-time, hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

The role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced sales professional with strong expertise in customer engagement and acquisition. In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting both new and existing customers by delivering clear, compelling communication that drives sales and enhances the overall customer experience. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members, sharing best practices in sales and account management, and providing support to the leadership team on strategic initiatives.

What you will be doing

  • Convert inbound customer inquiries to maximize value and sales.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing sellers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow inventory.
  • Deliver high-quality account management, especially for key accounts.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Marketing to ensure alignment to our sellers.
  • Meet sales targets and report on performance regularly.
  • Gather customer insights to inform strategy and spot emerging trends.
  • Monitor competitors and support strategic positioning.
  • Mentor teammates and support leadership on projects.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in sales, or business development (B2C and/or B2B).
  • Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills across quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication; additional languages a plus.
  • Passion for photography and videography is highly desirable.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
