RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Walnut Creek, CA. This role is onsite in Walnut Creek, 4 days a week required.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Support and guide the team in adopting agile practices, focusing on continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and foster a collaborative team environment to ensure smooth project execution
• As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog
• Ensure that the team delivers high-quality work within established timelines, while aligning with Salesforce CRM integration requirements
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• CSM certification required
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate and coach teams in Agile methodologies and practices
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
