Description
Firetron is seeking a Sales Director for our established Dallas, TX branch. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and holds a crucial position within FireTron, driving the company's successful growth by leading strategic initiatives, expanding market share, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is instrumental in achieving FireTron's business objectives and ensuring sustained revenue and profit growth.
This position requires an engaged leader who values strong relationships based on integrity and trust with customers, Fire Marshals, vendors, and FireTron team members, embodying FireTron’s commitment to both internal and external customers. As a key member of FireTron management, the Sales Director exemplifies and promotes the company's values and strategies through their actions and leadership.
Requirements
Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the FireTron Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the marketing team. Collaborate on promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Provide input on the creation of marketing materials, sales presentations, and promotional content to ensure consistency with sales objectives.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement branch strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and drive growth. Establish clear sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork. Conduct regular 1 on 1 performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting actionable goals for team members. Annual performance evaluations shall be documented and distributed to employee and management. Analyze employee performance and provide targeted coaching to improve their skills and focus.
Customer Relations: Lead and promote sales team towards positive relationships with potential customers, current customers, vendors, AHJ’s, FireTron personnel. Build, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, deepen relationships with escalating positions within their organization to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and escalation opportunities. Oversee the development of tailored solutions to meet specific client needs and enhance customer value. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings & processes.

Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated sales success
- Deep understanding of fire protection, security, & communication systems and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and grow a team.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
