Position Summary:
The End User Computing Technician provides technical support to both remote and onsite employees, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues. This role involves managing inbound support calls, deskside assistance, and serving as an escalation point for senior leadership. The technician is responsible for ticket creation, documentation, and resolution within the ticketing system, while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Additional duties include contributing to the internal knowledge base, supporting project rollouts, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support coverage.

Position Summary:

The technician is responsible for ticket creation, documentation, and resolution within the ticketing system, while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Additional duties include contributing to the internal knowledge base, supporting project rollouts, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support coverage.
Responsibilities
- Support remote and corporate local employees over the phone in an inbound call environment.
- Switch between manning the phones/taking inbound support and providing deskside hardware support for the corporate office and contact center.
- Serve as an Escalation Point for high level management such as Directors, VPs, SVPs, and above.
- Create tickets for support issues using a ticketing system.
- Monitor, triage, support, and resolve tickets within the ticketing system.
- Document tickets in a professional, timely and accurate manner, in accordance with outlined procedures.
- Be professional and courteous when communicating with end users and peers.
- Add, update, and delete content from the internal knowledge base in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide support and work necessary hours to achieve goals during project rollouts.
- Serve as part of the on-call rotation.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to support Windows and Mac hardware for computer and peripherals.
- Ability to support software in Windows and Mac environments.
- Customer service soft skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow guides.
- Proficiency with documentation and basic technical writing.
- Knowledge of IP addressing basics, Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, VPNs, Office 365, PXE imaging.
- Ability to prioritize own work, take initiative, and act independently.
