- Weekdays: Opening (6:40 AM - 1:00 PM), Midday (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM), Closing (3:00 PM - 9:20 PM)
- Weekends: Opening (7:40 AM - 1:30 PM), Closing (1:30 PM - 8:20 PM)

- Confidently sell memberships and educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas.
- Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM with high energy.
- Provide exceptional service, making members feel welcome and relaxed.
- Conduct studio tours, schedule reservations, and manage appointments.
- Maintain a welcoming, spotless studio environment, including sanitizing sauna rooms.
- Manage and organize the studio's towel supply.
- A positive, upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for helping people and promoting wellness.
- A confident, outgoing personality – a true team player who loves engaging with others.
- A reliable and dependable work ethic (verifiable history of excellent attendance required).
- Evening and/or weekend availability is required.
