This full-time day shift RN position in the NICU involves managing and delivering patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Responsibilities include supervising staff, mentoring non-licensed personnel, and adhering to safety goals.
- May require floating to other units and participating in on-call duties.
- Qualifications include an active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license, BLS certification (or CPR for hospice), and department-specific skills during onboarding.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or CHPN may be required based on department.
- Must follow safety protocols, handle potential exposure risks, and meet physical demands.
