About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, precise, and technically skilled automotive inventory specialist to join our high-performing Implementation Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers by setting up, validating, and troubleshooting third-party data feeds. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate data integration into our platform while a customer is onboarding. This will involve everything that touches inventory—from working with external inventory systems, dealer management systems, and integration partners—to configuring pricing rules, settings, and display options inside of our website management system.

In This Job, You Can Expect To

• Be a point-person for all pricing, inventory, photography, and related items for new clients that join Motive
• Work with third-party data providers and inventory systems to acquire data feeds and configure them in Motive
• Configure mapping and ensure proper formatting when ingesting new data feeds
• Interface directly with clients to understand their inventory strategy, goals, and nuances
• Partner with major OEMs like Lexus, Genesis, and Nissan to configure data feeds for new client
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has/is

• Evidence of exceptional ability
• 3+ years intimate experience working with automotive data (support or implementation)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with data transfer methods such as FTP, SFTP, API, and other formats
• Incredible organized with precise execution
• Great ability to multitask and carry multiple tasks to completion simultaneously
• A team player who likes solving problems for others
  
  

Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 annual salary

• The pay scale is inclusive of various prerequisites and levels of proficiency, and will be further narrowed throughout the interview process.
• Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation.
• Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' and 50% of dependents’ health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.

• Remote, but you can work in person at our Oklahoma City office if you’re in the area.
