Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client managers to assess and understand current staffing requirements.
- Provide timely updates regarding applicant statuses to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist qualified candidates in completing carrier and client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Schedule and confirm orientations for applicants, facilitating communication regarding travel and lodging arrangements.
- Proactively address any barriers that may hinder applicants from attending orientations as scheduled.
- Perform various administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is beneficial.
- Experience in logistics is an advantage, though not required.
- No prior experience is mandatory, making this an ideal role for individuals looking to enter the recruitment field.
