- Collaborate with managers to ascertain current staffing needs.
- Provide timely updates regarding applicant status.
- Guide qualified candidates through the application procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, while addressing any logistical obstacles to attendance.
- Carry out administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as directed.
- Outstanding communication capabilities.
- Customer service experience is advantageous, yet not mandatory.
- Commitment to working during regular business hours.
- Familiarity with recruiting and logistics is beneficial, but not essential.
- No prior experience is necessary; we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
- A proactive approach to working during standard business hours is expected.
- While experience in customer service, recruiting, and logistics is a plus, it is not a requirement.
