About The Role

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Administrative team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service in a remote work setting.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications

The Pay Range For This Role Is

28 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US))
