Essential Job Functions:

• Help lead the Sales team through sales process - including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance
• Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Sales team.
• Work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and maintaining a balanced vehicle inventory.
• Play an active role in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and development of the sales team.
• Assist the GM in the facilitation of sales meetings and provide on the job training to the Sales people.
• Partner with the Finance office to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven track record in desking and closing deals.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer including Google Workspace.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
  
  
  

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
