We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to spearhead affiliate programs for three distinguished consumer brands. This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for a seasoned marketer dedicated to fostering growth through impactful affiliate partnerships.

In the capacity of Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will strategize and implement initiatives aimed at broadening our affiliate network, enhancing performance metrics, and elevating brand visibility. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust background in affiliate marketing, adeptness in cultivating relationships with affiliates, influencers, and media partners, alongside a proven track record of driving revenue through affiliate channels. This position calls for a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and articulate communication to excel in a brisk and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to augment revenue and brand recognition.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to perpetually expand the affiliate network.
  • Foster enduring, mutually advantageous relationships with affiliates, influencers, and media partners to ensure sustained performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all affiliate partners, delivering ongoing support, addressing concerns, and optimizing performance outcomes.
  • Oversee the affiliate program’s budget, commission structures, and partnership agreements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate ROI and identify emerging trends.
  • Continuously refine affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with DTC, content, and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral for affiliates.
  • Work alongside social media and PR teams to onboard new affiliates and maintain consistency across channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive activities to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and affiliate program policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably for premium direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Proficient in managing affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Rakuten, AWIN, or CJ Affiliate.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to engage and nurture diverse partnerships.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and drive affiliate revenue growth.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(75,000 - \)80,000, with the final compensation contingent upon qualifications and experience.
  • This full-time, salaried position includes eligibility for comprehensive benefits and reports to the Director of DTC E-Commerce.
  • Flexibility for both local and remote candidates; remote candidates must be ready to work West Coast hours, while local candidates will work in a hybrid model with options for in-office and remote work.
