Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities

Spearhead and scale Alpha's market presence in new locations by orchestrating remote, partner-driven initiatives that generate high-quality leads and create authentic community buzz.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of 3+ years building and nurturing community partnerships or leading grassroots initiatives
• Demonstrated success in independently managing full-cycle relationship pipelines from initial contact to conversion
• Verified ability to engage and influence high-caliber stakeholders and affluent family demographics
• Strong command of CRM platforms like HubSpot and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to optimize operations
• Flexibility to accommodate partner schedules, including occasional evening and weekend commitments

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
