At Ambitions ABA Colorado we provide in-home ABA therapy for children that need it and support for their families. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team. We have a great team that provides support on all aspects from clinical to operations that will allow you stay focused specifically on the clinical operation. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:
- Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
- Part Time
- Choose your own schedule
- Free access to course to become RBT/Registered Behavior Technician
- Free access to CEU's
- Referral bonuses
- Paid Training
- Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
- Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
- Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
- Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes.
- Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
- Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.
- Must have experience with children
- Great inter-personal skills
