About The Job

The Regional Demand & Supply Manager drives the regional Sales & Operations Planning process, aligning cluster and sub-region plans into one cohesive strategy. This role ensures effective demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization while collaborating with global and regional teams to support business goals.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Lead the regional Sales and Operations process, consolidating plans and preparing content for effective decision-making.
• Facilitate local demand review meetings and secure sign-offs from General Managers.
• Act as the regional liaison for the central E2E planning team on supply and demand topics.
• Manage “Never out of stock” assortment, safety stocks, and inventory optimization while addressing excess inventory.
• Own availability metrics and ensure forecast consumption aligns with plans.
• Develop S&OP capabilities across clusters and sub-regions through standardization and best practices.

• +7 yrs of experience in Supply Chain / Supply & Operations
