Position Overview:
As an Anesthesiologist and CRNA recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in attracting and hiring anesthesiologists and CRNAs who share our commitment to patient-focused care. Position Overview:
As an Anesthesiologist and CRNA recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in attracting and hiring anesthesiologists and CRNAs who share our commitment to patient-focused care. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to making offers. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in recruiting anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage anesthesiologists and CRNAs for ASCs and office-based practices, targeting candidates with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract top talent, including digital outreach, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain a network of anesthesia providers, focusing on cultivating long-term relationships within the field.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand the unique needs of each practice and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct detailed interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking system and other tools to maintain organized and compliant candidate records, providing regular updates on recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Represent the organization at industry events and virtual/in-person career fairs to promote opportunities and build brand recognition.
- Manage onboarding in collaboration with credentialing and operations to ensure a seamless hiring experience for each candidate.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in recruiting anesthesiologists and CRNAs
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates in a competitive market
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and meet aggressive hiring goals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse, and Hubspot preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in record-keeping
