The primary purpose of this position is to source applicants through various resources and increase applicant flow through marketing strategies for
positions as assigned.
Key Essentials/Duties
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to include sourcing, minimum screening, communicating to the facility for interviewing and closing out filled positions.
- Continually develop and maintain a pipeline external top candidates for openings based on regional markets.
- Participate in strategic leadership meeting (collaboration with operations team) to develop and execute the recruiting strategy.
- Research and implement appropriate job posting/advertising techniques to increase applicant flow based on locations.
- Post open positions utilizing job boards, local advertising, etc.
- Utilizes social media to attract applicants.
- Continually looking at other resources to attract applicants.
- Screen candidates for minimum requirements and submit applicants to the facility Hiring Manager for consideration.
- Facilitate the interviewing and screening process for the Applicant & Hiring Managers.
- Educates the Hiring Managers on the recruiting best practices.
- Participate in operations calls to address staffing needs.
- Provides feedback to hiring managers and regional leadership on ways to improve the candidate’s experience
- Help create a smooth and positive candidate experience for candidates through entire recruiting process..
- Initiate and facilitate the organization of job fairs as needed. Advertise for applicants to attend job fairs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years' in-house recruiting experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a healthcare
- organization, preferably long-term-care.
- Working knowledge of various recruitment techniques and processes to attract qualified candidate.
- Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, Chrome and browser extensions, social media, LinkedIn etc.).
- Strong Internet capabilities, solid Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
