Position Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and post open positions across various job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using passive and direct sourcing techniques for future openings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Communicate appropriately and consistently with hiring managers and potential candidates; ensure a positive internal client and candidate experience
  • Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and manage pre-employment processes.
  • Work with HR business partners to effectively onboard new hires
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics for reporting.
  • Deliver training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and search strategies to promote effective, compliant, and inclusive hiring processes
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR databases.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing hard-to-fill and niche roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferences

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience recruiting for the Defense and Aerospace industries

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000/
