Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, hiring events, or visits to terminal locations.

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across the organization, from job posting through onboarding. This position is integral to attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our company’s continued growth. You will work closely with department leaders and the HR team to meet hiring goals and streamline hiring practices.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, including operations, administrative, and management-level positions.
- Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruiting strategies tailored to each department.
- Candidate Engagement & Offers: Screen, interview, and assess candidates. Present offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Pre-Employment & Onboarding: Initiate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities. Facilitate new hire onboarding and enter employee data into our HRIS system (Paylocity).
- Candidate & Manager Experience: Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across departments and levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or related HR experience; transportation, logistics, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
This is a full-time, at-will position with standard business hours. Some flexibility in scheduling is available, and remote work may be considered based on business needs.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds.
- Ability to navigate each department and the company’s facilities as needed.
