Summary: Exceed Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This role involves sourcing candidates, posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and performing background checks. The Recruiting Department collaborates closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure a seamless transition from the pre-hire phase to the hiring stage.

Job Duties:
As a Corporate Recruiter for Exceed Healthcare, LLC, your job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conducting initial phone screenings.
- Organize interviews, itineraries and site visits for applicants
- Attend on site interviews as needed.
- Coordinate background checks and all other additional screening needs for potential candidates.
- Post job openings within applicant tracking system (ATS) in addition to other company approved job boards.
- Utilize various strategies for recruiting qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems for hiring manager visibility.
- Participate in recruiting events.
- Introduce new solutions to the recruiting process to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates.
- Serve as a resource to hiring managers for the recruiting process and utilization of the applicant tracking systems.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and interview committees on hiring best practices and candidate selection
- Guiding candidates smoothly through the hiring process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate salary offers and work with the Human Resources department to extend formal offers to candidates.
- Facilitate transition of candidate to the onboarding process once hired.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improving recruitment processes and strategy based on data and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter (healthcare experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service with external and internal candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in working with multiple calendars.
- Strong Critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with employment law and hiring best practices.
- Knowledge and experience with various hiring strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
