Position Summary
Responsible for providing support to the Supplier Quality Department by ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data related to suppliers on the company’s Approved Suppliers Listing (ASL). Must have excellent communication skills to interact with numerous suppliers to obtain data and also be internet savvy to verify additional supplier information on the internet. A meticulous attention to detail is required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $20 - $25 per hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and meticulously review Approved Supplier Listing (ASL) to ensure data accuracy and completeness to meet industry standards and internal procedures.
- Contact suppliers for any missing information and to verify what we have is current and accurate.
- Check the internet for basic supplier information.
- Complete actions as directed by Vice President of Quality.
- There will be additional assignments and changes as it relates to the ASL.
- High School graduate or a General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Computer Literate and Internet savvy
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively with others a must.
- Strong time management and organizational skills a plus.
- Work with a positive “can-do” attitude and works with a sense of urgency when needed.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments.
