We are seeking a Purchasing Representative to provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team, focusing on invoice processing, procurement, and related tasks. This role will involve maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting the Buyer team with various administrative duties.



As a Purchasing Representative, You Will


  • Perform administrative and procurement-related duties for the Supply Chain team, acting as a liaison across the Supply Chain function to gather, compile, and organize information
  • Process and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents related to procurement
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including FAR/DFARS
  • Perform data entry and collection in an organized manner, supporting administrative tasks, including:
    • Invoice reconciliation
    • Initiating supplier on-boarding requests
    • Purchase order closeout processes using Supply Chain's ERP programs (CostPoint, SREP, HICX, KTA, Exostar, Coupa, and SRDAP)
  • Consolidate inputs and prepare yard-level reports in various tools (PPT, Web-based, etc.), such as:
    • Monthly PPP or FFATA reports
    • Other procurement-related reports as needed
  • Accomplish Purchase Order Program closeouts within SREP and procurements within the role's delegation of authority
  • Assist with various administrative activities, including:
    • Preparation of NDAs/PIAs
    • RFQ packages
    • Terms flow-down documentation
    • Internal responses to RCCs
  • Summarize information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption, as well as perform validation checks
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Supply Chain team


Required Education, Experience, & Skills


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills


  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements
  • Experience with CostPoint, SREP, HICX, KTA, Exostar, Coupa, and SRDAP (or similar ERP systems)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Certification in procurement or a related field (e.g., CPAPM)


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $56554 - $90487

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
