Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in quality systems within regulated industries to lead the integration of Bigfoot Biomedical’s Document Control and Training Management System into Abbott Diabetes Care’s (ADC) Quality Management System. The role involves system transition, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project to integrate legacy systems with ADC’s Agile (Document Control) and ISO train (Training Management) platforms.
• Manage full project lifecycle including scope, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Drive obsolescence of outdated procedures and implementation of corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR-Part 820 and ISO 13485 throughout project.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Clinical, and Manufacturing.
• Oversee change control and support training system rollout and adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and support audit readiness.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in quality systems, documentation, or training within regulated environments.
• Proven project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile (eQMS) and ISO train or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
