Responsibilities
Will research to identify solutions to operational, clinical, regulatory, and financial challenges across the YNHH System; collect quantitative & qualitative data to support value-add improvements; prepare proposals & presentations to stakeholders to gain buy-in; manage complex broad scale projects from discovery through implementation; manage assigned interdepartmental team to ensure objectives remain on target; development & on-going tracking of success metrics & KPIs.
Qualifications
Min. Req.: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, ITS, or related field. 3 years professional experience required. Prior experience in data analysis & reporting, project management, & leadership required.
