Description
Manage all phases of ground-up luxury home construction projects, from pre-construction through final delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Oversee jobsite operations, safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control.
Provide regular progress reports and maintain proactive communication with ownership and stakeholders.
Resolve issues and conflicts quickly to keep projects moving efficiently and effectively
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing custom home projects in the $5M-$15M range, with a proven ability to handle high-end finishes and complex builds. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, client-facing, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
