An established luxury home builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of ground-up custom home construction projects valued around $10M. This is an opportunity to lead high-profile projects from start to finish with a well-respected firm in West Palm Beach.

Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up luxury home construction projects, from pre-construction through final delivery.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

  • Oversee jobsite operations, safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control.

  • Provide regular progress reports and maintain proactive communication with ownership and stakeholders.

  • Resolve issues and conflicts quickly to keep projects moving efficiently and effectively

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing custom home projects in the $5M-$15M range, with a proven ability to handle high-end finishes and complex builds. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, client-facing, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
