As the Project Manager, you will work directly with national-level general contractors to manage projects from the design stage through to installation. You'll take charge of schedules, anticipate project bottlenecks, and ensure everything is on track to deliver exceptional results. A key part of your role will involve hands-on coordination with our shop team to oversee efficiency, quality control, and any necessary adjustments.

As the Project Manager, you will work directly with national-level general contractors to manage projects from the design stage through to installation. You'll take charge of schedules, anticipate project bottlenecks, and ensure everything is on track to deliver exceptional results. A key part of your role will involve hands-on coordination with our shop team to oversee efficiency, quality control, and any necessary adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Utilize ERP systems like Innergy to set and adjust project timelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with shop teams to monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project quality.
- Identify and negotiate change orders with clients, ensuring alignment with project scopes and timelines.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, manage records, and maintain clear project documentation.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that installations meet our high standards and resolve any last-minute project needs.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with ideally 2 years of experience in shops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a plus for familiarity with Innergy ERP.
- Hands-on experience with basic metalworking and woodworking tools.
- Strong understanding of shop scheduling, hours, and rate management.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural specifications and handle custom design requirements.
