The Field Engineering Project Analyst (FE PA) is responsible for managing all aspects of an Aristocrat CII server project. The FE PA position performs requirements analysis and discovery efforts, creates and leads project schedules, provides defect triage, reports project status, supports continuous process improvement efforts, provides process training, and performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$81,463 - $151,288 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

- This position is on-site in Tulsa, OK*******
- Maintain an elevated level of communication with team members, internal management, applicable internal/external departments, casino management, customers, contractors, and all other project interfaces to ensure accurate project status and clear work assignments.
- Generate, maintain, and use key project documents, status reports, and change documents.
- Create proposals, statements of work, designs, plans, schedules, and requirements, and lead the development phases of projects.
- Understand and ensure that all project decisions are congruent with business goals and objectives.
- Lead groups to perform research, requirements analysis, design, and development, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in and contribute to the continual process improvement initiative. Assist in training new associates.
- Utilize Software Development Life Cycles to ensure maximum project success.
- Define and assist with the development system setup and checkout.
- Triage, manage, coordinate, and assign software defects using the Aristocrat bug tracking system.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure timely development of accurate and complete test plans. Coordinate schedules with QA management to ensure testing is timely, efficient, and complete. Assist with the resolution of issues that arise.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ years project management experience (minimum)
- Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related technical field is highly desirable.

- Be aware of ongoing tribal changes for process and project updates.
