The Waldinger Corporation, a growing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sheet metal industry leader, is hiring a dependable and detailed Construction Accountant. The primary focus of the role will be construction admin support at the project level, and processing craft payroll.

The Waldinger Corporation, a growing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sheet metal industry leader, is hiring a dependable and detailed Construction Accountant. The primary focus of the role will be construction admin support at the project level, and processing craft payroll.
Responsibilities
- Prepares billings for designated construction projects. Provides job/billing support to additional support staff
- Reviews job estimates, contracts, and change orders are entered accurately in our accounting software
- Inputs, reviews and transmits branch craft payroll
- Reviews under/overbillings, participates in the collections of accounts receivable, and assists with any job specific accounts payable issues
- Assists Project Managers with finding job information, reports and researching job cost errors
- Aids in additional administrative functions and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting related field
- Construction accounting experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
