Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour
Summary
Responsible for establishment and maintenance of an enterprise furniture management program for Lee Health, including procurement, inventory management, maintenance, replacement, design services, and disposal. Ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics while adhering to standards, budget constraints, and safety protocols. The manager serves as the primary leader responsible the planning, execution, and direction of resources in Facilities Asset Management, Design Team, and Plant Operations in a matrix structure to ensure appropriate oversight, standardization, and collaboration in the management of Lee Health Furniture Assets.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree in management, engineering, construction management, supply chain, architectural design or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management, focus in furniture management required 5 years of experience preferred.
Certification: Project Management Professional Preferred
License: None required
Other:
Strong understanding of commercial furniture options, quality standards, industry trends.
Excellent project management skills to oversee procurement and installation projects.
Ability to analyze space utilization and determine furniture allocation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in budgeting and cost control practices.
