Pay Rate: $17.28/hour + housing stipend

Los Angeles Dodgers Productions works within the Marketing & Broadcasting department and handles the in-house production needs of the organization. Those needs include in-game entertainment, television commercials in English and Spanish, community event coverage, internal projects, and assisting with marketing and social media assets.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist and contribute to various projects in the Los Angeles Dodgers Productions workflow
  • Support hands on pre-production projects (working with lights and production equipment), to video editing
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications

  • Candidates are highly encouraged to submit a demo reel or work samples with their application
  • Interests or prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, camera work, and pre and post-production
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, who has the ability to produce, shoot, and edit an event from start to finish
  • Must demonstrate a proactive attitude towards acquiring new knowledge and skills
  • Willing to actively listen to and consider feedback, demonstrating a growth mindset
  • Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
  • Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Passionate about working for a professional sports team
  • Proactive and out of the box thinking
