The Role
The HOKA Product Line Manager – Athlete will join an inspired product team aimed at delivering compelling, unique solutions for athletes across a variety of disciplines. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Be the champion for the HOKA athlete – stay “in-the-know” on the competitive landscape, regulations, and consumer behaviors and share that knowledge with the team.
- Model PLM excellence – manage multiple racing styles across trail, cross country, road racing, and track to push HOKA ahead in the racing space.
- Think creatively and work collaboratively – work closely with Sports Marketing, Innovation, Merchandising, and our athletes to inform best-in-class, disruptive race day solutions.
- Communicate with passion and accuracy – present clearly and passionately at key product gates, and represent the brand externally to share the HOKA competitive advantage.

- A deep understanding of the competitive running landscape across road, track, and trail.
- 3-5 years of related experience, particularly with innovation and athlete footwear.
