Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs.)
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care requirements
- Medication reminders
- Companionship
- Full transfers
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transport to and from shopping (groceries or clothing) and appointments
- Experience in-home care preferred but not required. Training and certifications can be provided.
- Must be dedicated, reliable and sensitive to the needs of the client
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Driver's License and personally owned vehicle preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push, and provide physical intervention as necessary
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Must be 18 years of age (or older.)
