Your Job
Georgia-Pacific is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Printing Reliability Technician. The Printing Reliability Technician is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting all printing equipment and systems and performing a variety of maintenance duties, ensuring maximum facility uptime to meet production goals while a safe operation.
This is a 12-hour night or day shift; all candidates must be willing to work either shift.

What You Will Do
Troubleshoot/repair equipment and perform tasks necessary to meet safety, quality, and reliability expectations, both short and long-term
Facilitate on shift problem solving and resolution
Operate any and all printing department equipment as needed to ensure production goals are met
Facilitate Asset Maintenance Work Process
Track progress of team members on their qualification and provide guidance to ensure team members progress at appropriate pace
Ensure team members receive necessary information to aide team in meeting safety, quality, production/operation, and reliability expectations
Assist in development of strategic continuous improvement plans through the framework of the 5 dimensions
Other duties as assigned

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Two (2) or more years of documented Mechanical Maintenance experience, or as a Printing Technician
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a Preventive Maintenance Technician
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Industrial Maintenance Certificate or equivalent
