Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for people and operational excellence? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare with an increase in management responsibilities. As our Practice Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic. You'll oversee daily workflows, lead a talented team, ensure compliance, and collaborate with clinical staff to provide outstanding care to every patient who walks through our doors. Proficiency with EHR systems and software applications. Knowledge of medical insurance, health records, coding and billing systems, compliance and working knowledge of medical terminology. Behavioral health experience is a plus! LVN, RN, or BA in Healthcare administration preferred with an associate's degree in a related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
