Job Summary

The Physician Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between healthcare facilities and referring physicians or medical practices. This role involves promoting our healthcare services, addressing physicians' needs, and ensuring seamless communication to enhance patient referral processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with physicians and their support staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for physician referrals and inquiries.
  • Frequently visit physicians' offices to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Promote healthcare facility services to physicians and medical practices.
  • Organize promotional events and presentations to showcase services and specialties.
  • Communication:
  •   Ensure effective and timely communication between healthcare facilities and referring physicians
  • Address any concerns or issues from referring physicians promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaboration:
  •  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth referral processes.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop relevant promotional materials
  • Data Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on referral patterns and trends.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for increasing referral volumes and improving services
  • Education:
  •  Conduct educational sessions for physicians and their staff about new services, technologies, or procedures offered
  • Networking: 
  • Attend healthcare-related events and conferences to network with potential referrers and stay informed about industry trends.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
