Job Summary
The Home Care Relations Liaison position is responsible for working with internal departments and external providers regarding existing members request for provider change.
This position will assist with CDPAS documentation and authorizations.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education HS Diploma
Required: At least one-year professional experience in related field
Preferred: MLTC knowledge and experience preferred
Type Of Experience
Required: Phone operations and analytics
Preferred: Healthcare administration experience
Specific Technical Skills
Required: Excel
Preferred: Case Trakker knowledge
Certifications/Licensure
Required: NA

Job Summary
The Home Care Relations Liaison position is responsible for working with internal departments and external providers regarding existing members request for provider change.
This position will assist with CDPAS documentation and authorizations.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point person for Utilization Management, Case Management and G&A regarding resolution to members request for a change in provider
- Communicate with current provider regarding stabilizing services
- Communicate with providers regarding staffing new cases
- Assist delegating CDPAS documentation to appropriate departments
- Correspond with external providers regarding CDPAS approvals and authorizations
- Documentation of all actions in CaseTrakker
- Other assignments and duties as needed
Education HS Diploma
Required: At least one-year professional experience in related field
