A reputable health network is growing its outpatient services and seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Outpatient Geriatrician to join its thriving, community-focused team.

This is an exciting growth position offering the opportunity to shape an expanding geriatric service line and make a meaningful impact on the health of older adults in the community.

• Outpatient - No inpatient rounding
• No after-hours call
• Strong multidisciplinary support: MAs, RNs, care coordinators & behavioral health

Highlights

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care including chronic disease management, frailty assessments, polypharmacy review, and advance care planning
• Care for adults 65+ with multi-morbid chronic conditions
• Primarily based in one outpatient location with occasional rotation to nearby clinics
  
  

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, Days
• 1 Saturday/month (with a weekday off)
• 2 evening shifts/month
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + RVU-based incentive plan
• Extensive benefit package, including health, dental, vision, retirement match, CME, PTO, and malpractice coverage
  
  

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Geriatrics fellowship preferred but not required
• NY State license (IMLC accepted)
• ACLS/BLS
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred
