Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in streamlining daily operations, ensuring that our leadership team can focus on strategic initiatives. This position requires an individual who possesses exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with a professional demeanor.

Pay Range

$850 - $1150 weekly

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, including emails and other forms of communication.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist the executive in decision-making processes.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
