As a People & Organization Growth (P&OG) Consultant at Roche, you’ll play a key role in shaping and enabling large-scale, complex change initiatives across diverse global teams. Partnering with senior leaders and People & Culture teams, you’ll design and implement impactful interventions that align with Roche’s 10-Year Ambitions. From organization design to culture shaping and leadership effectiveness, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful, business-focused solutions.

The expected salary range for this position base on the primary location of South San Francisco is $161,400 - $299,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.

- Partner with senior leaders and teams to design and deliver impactful organizational development solutions, including cultural and leadership transformation.
- Diagnose and analyze organizational systems to align strategy, culture, and processes with business goals.
- Facilitate collaboration and efficiency across global teams and functions, driving measurable outcomes.
- Provide coaching and an advisory role to senior leaders and teams to enhance effectiveness and performance.
- Lead consulting interventions and change initiatives that align with Roche's strategic ambitions.
- Collaborate with transformation offices and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable change.

- Experience and Expertise: Proven track record in delivering large-scale change initiatives, including organization design, leadership team effectiveness, change and transformation.
- Skills: Deep organizational development, exceptional relationship management, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate in a matrixed environment and influence and collaborate at all levels. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Mindset: A global thinker with courage to challenge the status quo, thriving in ambiguity and complexity.
