What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team. Based in Fort Worth, TX, you'll report directly to the Director of People Operations and play an essential role in sourcing and onboarding new talent.
While previous experience isn’t required, we’re looking for someone with a degree in Human Resources and a genuine passion for supporting people. In this role, you'll help drive a positive, employee-centric experience and contribute to the success of our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by managing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires through the HRIS, including preparing documentation, running background checks, completing I-9 verification and E-Verify, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- New Hire Support: Provide administrative support to new hires by answering questions about benefits, policies, and general HR inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and smooth transition.
- Collaboration: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the new hire experience, ensuring their first day/weeks is engaging, welcoming, and sets them up for success.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while safeguarding confidentiality and data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A genuine interest in supporting employees and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, candidates, and the People Operations team.
- Ensure accuracy in paperwork, employee records, and compliance with policies.
- Ability to learn quickly, adjust to new situations, and contribute to an evolving team.
