Scheduling Requirements

To be considered, candidates must be fully available to work the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM at both our Glendale and Briarwood locations.
  
  
  

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Welcome and assist patients, ensuring an excellent first impression.
• Scheduling: Manage appointments and coordinate with therapists to optimize flow.
• Administrative Support: Handle records, insurance verification, authorizations, and billing.
• Communication: Serve as the bridge between patients and therapists.
• Office Management: Keep the clinic environment organized, professional, and inviting.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Open availability (must cover both Glendale & Briarwood locations)
• Alignment with our core values
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Empathy, compassion, and genuine passion for helping others
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus (but not required)
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous patient care coordinator or administrative healthcare experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA
• EHR system experience is a plus
• High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a collaborative team
